So Taquito was a very skittish kitten and wasn't really a fan of being touched by humans for many years. despite me raising her from birth. That being said, while she wouldn't let me come up and start petting her most of the time, she would come up and demand pats and let me pet her.

So.... got a text message little after 2pm tell me to call my housemate asap. I do so. neighbor found taquito between our houses unable to move her hind legs, they brought her inside and contacted housemate. naturally I left work went home grabbed carrier and then went and got her.
