Also. Good luck enforcing this shit, all it's gonna do is encourage the behavior. Easiest way to make a kid do something? Is telling them not to. If I was a kid I'd start barking out of spite. That's one of the few fights a kid can win.

Kitty litter is used to clean up messes, my father used to use that shit in the garage when he spilled oil working on the car. Throw in the fact the bucket toilets were in case of a lockdown due to a school shooter. This bill is up there for the dumbest shit I've seen all year.

But that is the size that the users see, in reality every single piece of data is stored for performance and reliability reasons 6 times over 2 geographical locations; sometimes even 20+ copies over multiple servers. And things like logs & analytics can take even more data, over multiple petabytes.
