People were complaining that all of the wotlds in Exodus are assumed to have capitalism and I was wondering about RPG friendly ways to get loot to players outside of treasure hunting.

Roll off should be between players who will use the item, if you roll for and win a contested item and then sell it, you've just ticked off half the party.

So our 300dpi are normally one inch grids for Star Wars minis battles and things that use D20 systems. 25-28mm
Infinity uses 32mm scale i believe and I have to reduce their 3D files to 86% to print terrain my size.

If you're hard core enough, Adobe let's you print large prints as letter sized pieces, I print those on cardstock, trim the edges and stick them to foam core boards with double-sided tape.
I'm hoping to do posters that fold or roll up though.

So with our RPG products we generally sell a 300dpi PDF that comes with a 70dpi Jpeg for VTT use. Some folks report good results out of Bannerbuzz, but we're looking hard at a print run of double-sided posters.

Gun people know a lot of weird stuff has been done in the 500 years we've had gunpowder. You keep making stuff.

I'm thinking about transparent piece of set dressing like a sabbac discard pile and some credits might be cool. Then the VTT people could put sabbac or dejarik games on any table they wanted to.

This could be done without maps using only themed cards, and dice but it's just an idea at this point.
Comments welcome of course.

The game could have boards that look like bank, casino, museum and a GM playing the guards who draws NPC cards and some random modifier cards too.
At intervals maybe on critical success or failure someone draws a plot twist style card to change the momentum.

You all make your way to the car, boat, airplane to make good the escape
Meet up at the hideout, yacht, resort to split plunder
You do not know the heist plan at the beginning, you pull pregen characters with abilities and some cards that boost rolls or items that help or hinder rolls from a deck

I had that exact fishtailing moment in a sports car as a teen and almost rolled the car, 0/10 would not do again.

This is why we're adding a larger cargo bay, a trash compactor and crew cabins to our lady H maps as well as the sun room.
There's also going to be a kitchen where the CSL chefs work their magic.
We're adding things not on the directory.

Raging Swan wrote a blog post once that there were tens of thousands of RPG books, many wrote one and stopped, very few ever wrote more than 10 products.
Be proud and keep going.

I have the opposite reaction: "Wow, you sure suck at this, uh? Let's make another one that sucks a little less." It keeps me grounded, at least. I don't know. It somehow works.

I frequently don't think it's the best I've ever made - because sometimes, I try something different, and it doesn't quite work as well as I hoped.
But what I always do, is learn something from doing it, and that makes whatever I try making next that much more likely to be better than previous stuff

I have had one-off experimental books that are not my best, just trying something new not only make their money back in a couple days but also make multiple times the $$$ of books I was legit proud of. The new thing is standard for us now though.
