One candidate told me they had lied on a federal form in the Clinton admin about using drugs. My bosses confirmed that because we knew they had lied on a fed form they were ineligible for a job.

We worked day and night for almost three full months. We worked with the FBI, we had our own questionnaire. I even spents days with two fellow attorneys in the basement of Treasury looking boxes of printed emails for one candidate.
