Since when has euthanasia been "verbed"... For animals the usual verb is "put down". And what's with using it as a euphemism for killed/destroyed? #BBCNews

Pleading in the begging/entreating sense, rather than addressing the court with legal argument, I assume πŸ™ƒ Given there are Republican majorities in both houses, why doesn't he just pass actual laws that the judges can uphold?

Sir Keir added: β€œIt is vitally important we do that work because we know one thing for certain, which is a deal without anything behind it is something that Putin will breach. We know that because it happened before. I’m absolutely clear in my mind it will happen again.”

Lowe can bring down Farage's Reform. If he stays out, he could split it. Voters haven't caught up, so less damaging atm. His views are unadulterated, while Farage prefers more dog whistles. At the last "conference", Lowe was most in demand. Less significant, Lowe out-ratios Farage on Twitter.

It's the EU-centredness of the approach that makes it a difficult sell in UK. A wider combination of parties, a Europe Plus, with no one country/body at the centre, to which EU, Canada, UK, Turkey etc contribute financially, politically and militarily equally but proportionately is easier.
