#Galway Ring Road: I’ve now read through the updated Traffic Modelling Report submitted by @GalwayCoCo to ABP. And I’m more convinced than ever that this project cannot be justified in its current form.🧵

#Limerick I've made a searchable archive of all public meeting minutes + agendas from Limerick City & County Council. Official records are hard to navigate — this repository makes them searchable and accessible. github.com/FarronF/lime...

A gorgeous morning for the #GetLimerickWalking event in the Strand Hotel. Really looking forward to this. @pedestrianlk.bsky.social #Limerick #ActiveCities #LimerickSportsPartnership

This is an extremely bad decision. The combination of e-bikes and public transport makes all of the capital accessible to many more people, reducing the need for car ownership. Banning them is the wrong reaction to a very small number of issues.

The March meeting of Limerick Council (Metropolitan District) is this morning at 9:45am. Watching it on the web, feel feel to follow along 🧵 #CouncilMeetingThread

After a bit of nagging from the Campaign, the City Council's Active Travel team have done a really good update of their Active Travel Projects Progress page. Check it out below - the GIS-based map is cool. #activetravel #cyclingdublin www.dublincity.ie/residential/...

A little midnight baking just in case there’s no power in the morning. #StormEowyn

Is this a new level of gaslighting or are they really believing that the opposition holding the Government to account is a subversion of democracy?

“Dublin won’t work without” MetroLink and Dart+, but Eamon Ryan says there’s a risk other areas will only get roads -- "Both Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael got in the way" of progressing sustainable transport, Miniter Ryan says, they were "very nervous about the likes of the rural independents." VERY…
