3/ Final point. I was too resigned in the above tweets. If you care about this you should absolutely keep calling. I think we will see longtime senators primaried and defeated over this next year. This is a bad, bad decision.

3/ On a majority vote they win. That's obvious. They're giving up the 60 vote leverage for the opportunity vote and lose on their own bill. It's not even Kabuki anymore. That's the plan. If you don't like that plan, I'd call your senators.
