To add to this; it is 100% possible to train local generative AI models ethically for artistic use. But that kind of use is not something that will get you millions in investor money. It’s not how you get news headlines. That’s why commercial GenAI sucks.

Anyone knows if there is a way to run a thermal benchmark? The other day I cleaned my notebook's insides and did my best to use thermal paste appropriately, but I don't know if it's still getting the cooling it needs? I'd love to be able to run a "test suite" but for cooling, and know all is good
