Leftie living in Torytown. Dogs, family, friends, travel, theatre, films, good food. When I'm called a champagne socialist, I embrace it. I don't want nobody to be able to drink champagne, I want everyone to be able to drink champagne from time to time.

Even seeing what a terrible constituency MP Farage is, people are still thinking about voting for Reform. Blows my mind 🤯

I'm sorry America but you now can't be trusted with anything and the rest of the world needs to realise that.

It worked for Trump though didn't it? Racists only hear the things they want to hear and ignore the rest.

I've never voted Tory but I still think it is sad that Badenoch is the best that they can come up with. She is so bad as to be laughable and her performances at PM's questions are ridiculous and under-prepared. Will they recover or be subsumed into Reform?

Nick Robinson on BBCR4 Today show this morning used the words "crowing" & "boasting" when talking abt Wes Streeting releasing NHS appt figures. Language matters & using derogatory terms when y're supposed to be an impartial journalist is appalling. Robinson, Kuenssberg & their ilk are a disgrace.

Less than a month in in the sense of corruption is overwhelming already

Not sure Bibi should be pissing off Trump if he wants Gaza ethnically cleansed by him.

Then why is his approval rate climbing and his disapproval rate falling?

This is the second time in a week that revolting woman has been on the BBC. Why, why, why? Nandy has got to get a grip.

I might watch it on iPlayer now. Haven't watched it since Lk took over, can't watch QT either. Bruce's snug sneery face has put me off Antiques Roadshow as well. 🤮

It should have been pointed out last year. Too late now. Now Elon's in charge there will never be another free and fair election.

I heard that the bullet votes are normally 1% but in the swing states this time they were 6%. That is an anomaly that needs investigating. Can't they just take one area and hand count to double check?

If we didn't have a right-wing MSM then Starmer and Davey's scores would be even higher. I scream into the void MAKE IT ILLEGAL FOR NON-RESIDENT, NON-TAX PAYERS TO OWN OUR MEDIA!

Well I'm an old person and I've never liked the Beatles, prefer Stones. Prefer Blur to Oasis too. Sorry 🤷

When my husband used to work away he'd always take enough Quaker porridge pots with him. Lots of flavours, just add hot water £1.30 in Sainsbury's.

He's a so-called journalist?!? 🙄

Where are the French processing centres Starmer talked about in the past? The last I heard 90% of small boats are asylum seekers and 75% of those are legit. Why would you cross in a small boat if there was a safe way to get to England? Trump/Musk killing USAID will only make the problem worse.
comment in response to post
Although on the news yesterday they said Trump's approval rating was up 10 points to 51%. WTF!
comment in response to post
What happened to the idea of opening a processing centre in France? If you want to stop the boats, process them in France, then anyone who does cross in a dingy you know is illegal. Asylum seekers are NOT illegal immigrants. Pandering to Reform voters is losing Labour their core base.

Shame on Next.

She's needed to investigate the bullet vote election fraud in the swing states - that's why they want her gone

I think press reform so that non-dom, non tax payers can't own our MSM would help Labour to be a bit braver and stop Kow-towing to the right.

Yes, they've certainly achieved some good, but their policies on NI thresholds, their embracing of SEZs and Freeports and their refusal to even talk about an EU youth movement scheme are just a few of the things I'm struggling to stomach.

I'm no lover of Kay Burley but Tominey is an awful graceless disgrace to the female sex.
comment in response to post
I think it's more that people can't forgive Tories, don't like Starmer and Reeve's Tory light but can't stomach Reform. I'm a life long labour voter who feels I have nowhere to go.

We have the same thing in the UK. Tommy Robinson spouts on about child abusing foriners when it's the white supremacists who have a much larger proportion of abusers in their ranks. A disproportionate percentage of the EDL and other far-right groups were convicted sex offenders.

How can anyone looking at the USA think that a right-wing government is the way to go?

It was obviously fake as it was written in complete sentences. Musk tweets like a 19 year old incel.

Shocked by Trailfinders - surely GBNews is against everything they stand for? Won't be using them again!

As much as I agree with your sentiment, could you not use a less misogynistic way to describe her? Jerk, scum, asshole, asshat, shitbag, worm, weasel - so many gender neutral epithets to choose from!
