Yesterday’s #earthquake in #Vancouver was a bit of a surprise. It’s only the second time in my 17 years here that I’ve felt one. FWIW, this explanation for why some people didn’t receive the emergency alert (like everyone I work with in both the Island and lower mainland) is highly suspicious.
