been a long time since I've heard that song but Im pretty sure it has some homophobic stuff in it too. Shit hasn't aged well.

My school didn't do anything like that, it was probably redundant given how hard nz road safety ads on TV have always gone.

Surely it must be nearly swimming season soon in Finland too yeah? Hit up the pool and the sauuuuna, float around and stuff. Be a fish for a little bit. Good times.

If Vivi is anything like my Pikelet, he is merely taking back what is his. All things within my home belong to Pikelet, and she makes sure that I am aware of that constantly.

I wonder why 1984 has become one of those "important books only brainiacs read" and has taken on air of being a difficult book. Its no Finnegans Wake or Infinite Jest, not even close! Its so accessible! Maybe the-powers-that-be would rather we didn't read it

Squemperor is no Karlach, but at least he's not Astarion!

I dunno, I dont really want to know if my friends are listening to Drake or something, I'd rather remain ignorant and still think highly of them

I dont stream, but I so relate! I have a bunch of things I wanna do, fun things I enjoy doing! But lately I've been so blah and it's been a slog just doing work and home stuff. I'll get through it, and I know you will too! but if it doesn't happen as quickly as you want it's not a fail on your part!

I had to settle for film because although I've got 56k, I'm still using RealPlayer, and we all know how lousy that is.

OK well now I'm sold.

I'm still on my first playthrough, and had the same issue :'( Karlach is the bees knees

I don't live in a place that requires weatherproof boots, but I assume the mens ones have trucknutz on them right?

1st and 2nd gigs are both excellent, they really nail the tone of procedural cop shows and create a well fleshed out near-future cyberised setting that feels feasible. And the characterisation of Section 9 is so good, they all feel like people you'd want on your side.

How they managed to get so much emotion from a character we never actually see by giving him a compelling backstory and then this moment here was really damn good.

even knowing the plot beforehand from the manga, it hit me in the feels way harder than i was expecting. so good.

After the medium i honestly expected the worst of bloober, that game was so fucking terrible with some shockingly tasteless decisions in it, but it feels like they made good on SH2. Like really good? Like they took to heart criticisms from previous games and gave everything their all. Great to see.

I reckon we should all just dress WAY hotter regardless.

I too hope Science Saru stays on it, they've been great at pretty much everything they've made to date, and I am really looking forward to seeing what they're gonna do with the Ghost in the Shell franchise.

I loved Nier: Automata for having basically that built into its chip system, once I reached a point where I ran out of skill to handle more difficult fights that helped me finish the game and get the most out of it for me.

I read Opus for the first time last week after finding a dog eared copy at the library, glad I got around to reading it. Kon was so good at meta narratives that feel more important than just "hey isn't this shit weird?". And I'll 4ever love having a new xmas movie to watch in Tokyo Grandfathers.

I've never read the book, but the movie was one of those I endlessly rewatched over and over again on vhs as a kid. Those songs and the gorgeous art will be stuck in my head forever

I was so confused by everything in this book when I first read it as a young teen. I still am now, but I was then too.

The only place I've been to in the US is Florida. Miami was so fucking weird (and hot).
