As a filmmaker, I 1000% agree that you should watch new movies (and old!) in a theater when you can. However, as a kid who grew up in a 5000 pop. town with a small cinema, my love of movies was stoked by home viewing. I'm so glad the option exists to see new films at home. I didn't have that.

Yes, as Sean Baker says, and as the literal name of our website suggests, everyone should watch movies in theaters, studios should release them into theaters, and parents should give their kids the magic of seeing a movie in a theater EVERY CHANCE THEY GET.

My sister and some friends have told me stories already of these pamphlets as people talk about them at work. My sister is taking a class and the professor made students aware of their rights. Bryan MacCormack, the executive director of a New York-based immigrant rights group, was pulled over by CBP with two undocumented passengers in the vehicle. He knew his rights, refused to acknowledge their "warrant", and despite CBP threatening him, the agents eventually were forced to let him go.
