Lively afternoon on Barrack Road

Club Brugge putting in some performance at Atalanta. Thought the Italians would do the job but now need three.

I can just flip my seat 180 degrees and be behind the new goal.

New: Words & Images: Tuncay Yavuz. Eskişehirspor have truly felt ups & downs. Once a Turkish top tier side they dropped to the 5th tier. Es-Es weren't defeated & recently achieved a record non-league attendance of 30,358. "Never Give Up" is the motto. www.terraceedition.com/home-haute/e...

Nine years ago today I went to watch Amiens v Dunkerque on the back of a Football Manager save. Loads of fun and the first of three games in three days.

Magical mystery tour of the North East for the folks on the Dublin flight.

May as well have stuck with the Tories, at least they don’t pretend to care.

Lewis Miley has the time on the ball Longstaff thinks he has. Miley was absolutely majestic today, albeit against Bromley.

The BBC 7/7 series on at the minute is such good documentary making. So powerful.

Great to hear it from Tony Gordon, he’s right, Dan Burn has been an absolute colossus this season.

Massive FOMO not going to the game tonight. Sensible mid December choice coming back to bite.

The atmosphere at SJP is so poor and likely worse at any new ground. The problem is no route to the game for teenagers and young adults, especially grouped together. My lad is 12 and in 5-6 years should be with a group of pals pissed up making a racket.

Yep, this happened. Lovely to see. Just need to deactivate on the dark place which I’m finding hard to do even though it’s fkn awful.

We’re pleased to announce that we have applied for promotion to the Northern League. Since formation our aim has been to reach this level and we’ll be giving it our all on the pitch in the second half of the season to give us the best chance of making that dream happen.

Hopefully a final push to Blue Sky as the Space Nonce continues his pound-shop Bond Villain routine.

Yesterday was my last game of 2024 so another year in the bag on @futbologyapp.bsky.social

What a different film The Holiday could have been. Cameron Diaz in Pennywell.

Newton-Le-Willows can’t be a real place

If adidas are going to keep bringing back old colour schemes, this ought to be next

🎄Christmas 1965: Northumberland Street, #Newcastle upon Tyne. 📸chroniclelive.co.uk

Good to see @tyneflashback.bsky.social over here. Still can’t fathom Northumberland Street having buses on it.

A yellow sky for Blue Sky. Winter dog walks delivering the views.

Let’s go!

I must confess, I didn’t have Bruno posting divorced mum memes on Insta on my Xmas bingo card

Just checked my FPL side as thought I’d been neglecting it. Turns out I had Julian Alvarez & Ivan Toney up front which explains my poor showing.

If anyone has a business looking for some exposure for a bargain price, take a look at this from Durham FC - top of the Wearside League and aiming for the Northern League.

The Man Utd ticket discourse is depressing but the direction of travel sadly. When questioning our CL pricing last year the replies were full of “if you can’t pay it, I will” and the clubs are acutely aware of this.

#NUFC COO Brad Miller reckons the club could double its income if it moved into a new, bigger stadium - Matthew Philpotts begs to differ - an exceptional read as you’d expect from a top fanzine writer - true-faith.co.uk/new-stadium-...

Absolute gold from Bully_HVFC over on the other place. Posted with permission, how many can you name? #nufc

‘Devi Vincere’ from when the Inter fans took over half of the Udinese ground in April.

Some immense signage clinging on at Verona’s Marcantonio Bentegodi.
