I was talking to a friend who is a fed. Worker. She told me that often when promoted you are put on 1yr probationary pd. Anyone in that situation is being fired as well. People could have worked at their jobs 10-15 yrs. Accepted an earned promotion and now are being fired b/c of it. Unconscionable!
