I was quite confident on my knowledge of marine biodiversity in my area (I have a PhD in marine biology after all). But today I learn about Paromola cuvieri, one of the largest crab species of the Northeast Atlantic, that uses its last pair of legs to carry live specimens of sponges and corals 🦑 🌊

So I saw Dr Strangelove in the Bord Gais tonight and it was great. But I can't stop wondering about the posh loud guy behind me. He'd laugh loudly at non-jokes and spent much of the intermission trying to figure out the phrase "bar flies." Part of me is terrified I'll have him as a boss some day. 🥲

I was sent straight into a frustrated grump this morning when I heard the government were considering axing the rent pressure zones. What a horrible idea in a market where demand is incredibly high & rents are already some of the highest in Europe. Talk about bowing to landlord lobbyists 🙈 #housing

Just finished the latest series of the Halo tv show & I enjoyed it. Thankfully my "IT HAS TO BE LIKE THE SOURCE MATERIAL!" days ended with early Game of Thrones. Now I'm mostly just enjoying the retelling in the medium presented 😌. I am curious as to where it's going to stop, the games got stretchy.

Wow, Disney really missed the whole point of What If...? The comics offered a glimpse at alternate character development and allowed some observational commentary etc. The latest animation series seems to be "what excuse can we make for the coolest visual effects?" Multiverse madness.
