Elon even said many years ago that you don't need higher education. Probably because he himself doesn't have any. But he has written White Paper about trains running in vacuum tubes sliding on air cushions. Since there is no air in vacuum the train should bring compressed air onboard. 😄

EU is not a country. So you need to break it down to its separate countries if we are doing it your way.
China could make a huge difference by splitting the country into 50 smaller countries. The world would be so much better don't you think? A 50 times reduction of pollution in a second.
