Not all carnivore bread is made the same, most not even close to meatloaf. Also many women are carnivore. I think you have some misunderstand that it's all gym bros, but it's just folks who want to be healthy

Fiber isn't essential for human life I'm carnivore. Fiber can even cause ibs/ibd .If your electrolytes are balanced on carnivore you should be fine
