Update, UHC says I need to do 6 weeks of physical therapy before they’ll pay for an MRI. The problem is my PT recently stopped accepting UHC because UHC slashed its PT coverage to the bone. So I’m looking at paying 5x my co-pay out of pocket for 6 weeks to get eligible for the MRI my doctor wants!
