SoftBank is contributing $30bn to OpenAI's funding round, they're also committing $3bn in revenue a year to OpenAI, also they're contributing $18bn to Stargate, which is now the only way that OpenAI can expand their operations. SoftBank is getting $16bn loans and only has $32bn TOTAL CASH!

In 2012!!! She’s not a holdover of when he was Speaker in the 90s, she saw Hillary lost in 08 to Obama and decided she had to get more evil lol.

No you’re confusing that with pride.

I saw how this started. I don’t need a recap, or a professorial lecture. You can be technically correct or whatever if that’s your goal. I can admit that if that’s all you wanted. But even this reply is condescending. Again for your dignity please try to be nicer and more gracious in conversation.

You’re using expert medical parameters for a conversation between strangers on your phone. You don’t need to grade this. It’s ok for them to be imprecise and conversational. You don’t need to sacrifice your dignity by insulting others.

Ok but why the condescension? Why honey child child? Why can’t you talk to people online without insulting them?

lol wait are you being pedantic because they used the Oxford definition of the word instead of Tabers? That’s why you’re going around calling people “honey child”?

ive said this many times before but the reason the new york times is bad is like 10-15 total people in an organization of hundreds of journalists, but those people are all in very key positions for shaping politics coverage

Do you always talk so rudely down to people? It's annoying and gross.

One thing I keep thinking about is how permanent the damage already is, across government. The appeal of federal work is that it's meaningful but also stable; once the bargain is broken it loses all credibility going forward. Who wants to go to Antarctica for a government that may abandon you there?

Hey Jeremy, I'm a Wired reporter hoping to cover this. Would love to talk. My email is [email protected] and my Signal is kateknibbs.09

So how is this going to change your approach to your job?

That's right, I am signaling my virtue of not supporting a man who wants to liquidate my family. If you want to accept right wing framing on "standing up for your values" that's a You Problem. Also calling him Elmo is pathetic wimp shit to boot. 0/10, get out of my face. bsky.app/profile/sail...

See here you’re doing the thing I’m suggesting explicitly NOT to do which is to let these guys make the term “DEI” be taken as a stand-in for “undeserving people get hired.”
