From what I heard and personal experiences I would recommend the Wacom 472
It's quite affordable being around 40-50€, u can drag but also hover with is (idk how u play) and it has a good build quality as well as. NO inbuild smoothing so minimal latency and with open tablet drivers it works smooth.

I currently also only real play hsr but im very inconsistent, like I play for some months and then just randomly stop only to return after a couple of months, it's a cycle. I don't even know why it is like that.

Feel that, my playlist is just a random assembly of 100 artists and genres mixed and it's all over the place, but that's what makes it so good u never know what u get!!
