i understand how much easier said than done that is, don't get me wrong. i am not at all telling you what to do, and it may not even help you. but the only person you are harming here is yourself, not your teachers, not your classmates. try to tune that voice out, if you can

i am all to familiar with this feeling. sitting and doomscrolling will only make it worse, but it's also the only option i saw in that position. the thing that helps best with me is setting up a space to work on things. one for creative, one for homework. i leave my phone away, and just work
