SCOTUS ruled anyone deported under the alien enemies act must first have due process. They said nothing about those deported via other laws - and that must be rectified.

For the time being, I highly advise anyone with an immigration visa or green card from traveling to/from the US unless you’re fine with the potential to be deported and barred from re-entry for 5yrs. Each trip to/from comes with that risk, for now.
