Also, people want to treat it as a path to fame and fortune, as a lottery ticket. I've heard a lot of chumps who talk about writing a "best-seller" but who have never read a book since, maybe, high school. Write because you have a story to tell. Paint, play music because you enjoy it.

Solution: Nationwide ban on high power, military-style murder toys, high taxes on related ammo & accessories, gun buyback programs, background checks.

I know people whose lives were saved by getting insurance through the ACA. When my wife lost her job due to disability caused by a car accident, we got it through Heathcare.gov. One of the best things this country has done on my lifetime.
