I will admit this latter complaint may be the karma that has led to the first complaint.

Even worse news for me: she’s starting to enjoy chocolate, so I can’t just de facto assume my husband and I get to eat it all if she gets a goody bag or candy stash (like Easter/halloween)

So what does one call these types of cones? I don’t think people would actually understand “wafer-style” as Wikipedia suggests, or “wafer cone” but maybe I’m wrong.

Cuomo grew up with Trump so yeah, they’re molded from the same model, just different sides of the same entitled-little-boy coin. Little Lord Fauntleroys of the left and right.

Cuomo is an opportunistic authoritarian wannabe autocrat who has to destroy anyone who dares disagree with him; Bloomb seems at least like he’s willing to discuss policy and figure out how to get beneficial results (though I may disagree with him on which goals are worthwhile or correct).

I don’t hate Bloomberg the way I despise Cuomo. Bloomb was a Dem for a long time, then a Republican (to run for Mayor), then Independent, and he’s Dem again now for lack of a better alternative (even though he’s always been rather racist too). Bloomb at least clearly liked NYC itself, as a city.

I think Bloomberg is more left than Cuomo, ironically

Like, I wouldn’t call ransacking the MTA a “centrist” act, especially when he did it to bail out some ski resorts. Cuomo is Trump insofar as being an ideological void in it for power and self-enrichment.

Also, studies on fertility fall-off in women have been skewed because people used to marry and have children younger generally (so if you were still trying in your 30s, it was generally because of an issue, not because it was necessarily delayed on purpose).

This article made me so irritated I couldn’t finish it - just so much gross BS being peddled. Also I see I should wear my “DON’T FUCK REPUBLICANS” pin more because wow.

And because of the male coding, people believe the Republicans are “fiscally responsible” and a “voice of reason” whereas Dems are “frivolous” and “hysterical”.
