This is likely not the best testament but Iām enjoying what I can do with it within the first 6 hours of taking it, but also I learned that I can feel the effects of any med the first day of taking it. You are your Own Dr when taking ashwagandha, just remember to cycle for 6 weeks on, then 3 off.
