YO, you finished!! You took the most care and I really liked how you said this was so indulgent, but in a tired way… bc that’s how it felt. I was so happy and tired too. But also very horrified in the best way <3

Kombucha is weirdly addictive so if you can, totally brew it!! Too expensive at the store anyway 🤣 I want to brew too, we’ve brewed wine so I think think we could do some kombucha… totally doable in other words

yo so that was my gateway to ashwagandha!!! Kombuchas are going beyond nowadays haha I’m glad you found a tasty one, they’re sorta hit and miss lol. I take like 150mg everyday ^^ definitely making a difference

but fr though if I can only eat 2 total hours of the day and I have to revolve my day around those windows that actually solves a lot of my executive problems

This is likely not the best testament but I’m enjoying what I can do with it within the first 6 hours of taking it, but also I learned that I can feel the effects of any med the first day of taking it. You are your Own Dr when taking ashwagandha, just remember to cycle for 6 weeks on, then 3 off.

I never discussed that with a doc, but also my main goal w meds is to just function when I need to then totally let go when I’m out of ā€œconstraintā€ aka off the job lmao and go on what I want to do?? For context I can hold a managerial position but otherwise I’m a little gremlin so in my exp it good

Ahhh I didn’t want to say anything until I was a week in bc what about placebo effect??? But it’s been good to me so far. I get the same relief that I did with meds but also when I get anxiety I can acknowledge it and can shut it down mentally like usual on meds? Idk if that’s normal bc —

my sociologist audhd sister said this in a better way, but the gist is we were not meant to exist under capitalism, hence the need for medication.
