Videos like this (for any old game) just astound me. Schoolyard sleuthing about popular video game secrets and gossip was always one of my favorite parts of the hobby and 30 odd years later it continues to evolve for the same games. 9 year old me would have fucking LOVED this shit!

The Mario Kart trailer is giving me open world vibes. The Yoshi burger shops as fast travel / pit stops points. Maybe I'm wrong but it feels like it might be a next step into a live service Mario Kart.
