Pursuit of the non-existent. Intelligence tapers to a plateau. Maybe they mean sentience.

So, in North Macedonia (1), do they have it surgically removed?

Open, but low international oil prices and current oil glut won't encourage drilling. The current oil price is below break-even for Alaskan producers.

Of course they do, with the sole purpose of delaying sanctions and weapon supplies to Ukraine. Not to end their war.

And why should there be any limits on Ukraine's missile range? Doesn't seem to be any limit on Russian missiles.

It doesn't help that UK energy is the most expensive in Europe and the price benefits of cheap renewables are not felt in any way by voters.

Crazy that this should be considered a matter of opinion. It is just plain, objective fact.

Owning the libs is all that matters. All else, even their own demise, is secondary.

It is the Tories who will never be forgiven for the terrible betrayal that is Brexit.

Death from the "collateral damage" of bombing. Sellable. Starving people to death. Unsellable.

Malta was very colourful but the song... meh. Sweden is the favourite but it was bland. Probably Austria wins for originality.

So, does that rule out tax cuts for the rich? What do they need more money for?

The only persecution they faced was their own perceived loss of white privilege.

Trump talks like there are no European or Asian drug companies. Like there is no competition. If American drug companies unilaterally raise their drug prices outside of the USA, their export business will die.

Starmer is already in the Farage trap. Hook, line, sinker and snare.

This is not a challenge to Reform. This is a challenge to the Labour base to find new political homes.

Yes! Three years ago had symptom 1 for several months, chest discomfort after physical activity or stress. Eventually had it checked out with the GP with an ECG, who referred me to cardiologist for an angiogram. I was down to 10% heart function. A week later I had a triple by-pass. 100% since.

Why is he directing the DOJ? It is supposed to act independently. The very first "value" on their website: "Independence and Impartiality. We work each day to earn the public’s trust by following the facts and the law wherever they may lead, without prejudice or improper influence."

The first number was a "saving" to American consumers. The second number is a direct revenue hit to British companies.

Kilmer was in danger from Salvadorian gangs, which is why he had protected status. Where are those Salvadorian gangs that would do him harm? They are in the same hellhole.

China has long prepared for tariffs on Chinese exports to US. The US is not at all prepared for tariffs on Chinese imports. China has long prepared for tariffs on US imports. The US is not at all prepared for tariffs on US exports to China.

One of my all-time favourites! I find it on YouTube and play it every month or so. Thatcher's anthem indeed.

The only problem with that theory is that Trump's initial tariff on Chinese imports was 34%. So, China didn't choose it.

I will take coalition chaos far ahead of undemocratic single party minority governments every day of the week. The vast majority of the world's stable democratic governments are coalitions. Having governments that the majority did not vote for is anathema.

I checked this out, because I was going to use this tidbit in another thread. It isn't true. He made it possible for himself to sell those shares in the future, rather than actually selling them. So not insider trading. Yet.

They are all batting for the same wealthy vested interests. They are all vying for the same narrow reactionary support base. They are all clinging to Brexit. I'm hoping Labour will change my mind but so far with every red line and every mean-spirited, repressive policy choice, they are failing.

Tories, Reform and Labour should just merge. They have the same paymasters.
