All about the 2nd season of Star Wars 'Andor' coming in April for me. Some great stuff on Disney+

A very laboured win against an extremely limited Huddersfield side. We looked massively underdone today

Tarky casually slinging Dyche under a bus there. ๐

Cool. If you get the chance, see him live. The rest of his band are unbelievable too

Remember Heskey at Liverpool - unplayable played Infront of him, bounced off him any other way

And removes the threat of him playing against them. No club in Europe is matching Saudi wages

It was telling that when we finally replaced him, it was by actually resigning him.

That's the issue - we had a relatively kind start, but were completely underdone and leaking goals for fun. Dyche over compensated as a result which ultimately led to his downfall.
You're better off winning half your games than drawing all of them.

Nevin's defence of Dyche is ludicrous, especially on bringing players in. A large proportion of this squad were brought in on his watch.
The difference in play on Thursday night under Baines with only a team talk showed the players were capable of far more.

Incredibly articulate chap, brilliant on Who's Line....

We'd need a replacement in place first.

Still playing. That might change at the end of the season.

Doesn't fit the writer's agenda.

I didn't say they were, I said a maverick skill set - as in create something from nothing and great dribbling ( also can be hugely frustrating). I fully appreciate the differences too.

They're both mavericks who can cause havoc around the edge of the box. Very alike in that respect.

The one POG missed, and whose best 6 months in a blue shirt was in a '10' role was Thomas Gravesen. Ndiaye in terms of a maverick skill set is probably most like the mad dog

Those were my match going days, following the blues everywhere - and we were really in trouble. Smith would've been bottled earlier if it hadn't been for that cup run masking the awful league form.

I met Moyes after the Anderlecht friendly before the start of his first full season in charge of us. Very humble and really looking forward to the challenge ahead of him then.

We could be bottom by Sunday. Unlikely, but possible.

Dyche's message has changed this season - it all appears to be about protecting his own brand rather than doing his job of putting out a side to win games, which ironically be a far better way to protect his brand
comment in response to

His first full season probably gave him a period of grace. He did some serious turd polishing to get that 7th place.
comment in response to

We were consistent top half finishers with pretty regular European football - without spending vast sums.
Compared to the last ten years - he achieved a lot.

I like Thelwell - and for stability should be kept in place. Dyche and his cronies need legging asap
comment in response to

Ancelotti was money and a vanity gamble. The gamble being when one of the top top clubs came calling he'd be off. History tells the rest of that story. Moshiri appointed Brands as DoF then pretty much ignored him at every step. Left Thelwell to it because the money ran out =no super agents around.

The one constant being our departing owner. Hopefully TFG change that particular narrative. A similar approach to those across the park may help.
comment in response to

Trying to protect his brand. He'd protect it a whole lot better by winning football matches. However, that doesn't fit this particular narrative for him.
comment in response to
post
His job is to put a team out on the pitch to score goals and win games. He's failing at both.

I stopped hoping a long time ago where Everton are concerned.. Life is far less stressful and wins all the sweeter

I think we'll just have to make do with today's results. United will be red hot tomorrow.

This fella never playing in front of fans. Both peak Everton & Moshiri.
