I've been at this for a while. A punk weirdo in the 90s & we saw all of this for what it was. Homophobia, xenophobia, sexism, racism, religious persecution, atheist bashing, anti-abortion, science denying. All for a goal of wedging people into homogeneous streamline. Easier to control the masses.

So. It has officially happened. I have been officially let go from my position at CDC. I wasn’t a probationary employee. I had stellar performance reviews every year. I’ll be ok. But please understand that many worked HARD to get into these positions and were doing great public health work.

Taking away rights from trans people isn't stopping the crimes you "claim" it's stopping. It's fostering hate crimes against innocent trans people with your animus. And it's unnecessary. We already have laws against those things & this is a way for the powerful to control, hurt & exploit people.
