It's one white hair and I protest. I dont mind the ones on my head. They are not a lot for someone my age and they are beautiful. But I just want a puberty that isnt old

Though sometimes my imagination gets the better of me because there is no wall. Just blocks in front of our tires stopping us from going over lol
comment in response to post
It's very nice. Especially when parked at the very front
comment in response to post
You can stay if parked on the upper deck
comment in response to post
On the upper deck it is because the wall is only just above waist height so lots of air. The lower decks are a health (fumes) and safety (if ship goes down) issue and that's why you can't stay in your vehicle if parked on them
comment in response to post
Maybe you'll get lucky and have the option of staying in your car I always see at least 5 dogs when we travel. And that's just on our deck
comment in response to post
We are lucky that we get to stay in our vehicle cos of my mobility issues, we get parked on the top. My dogs would be too much on the pet deck lol

Ziggy, who frequently gets car sick, has no issues on the ferry. Archer is also good, but he isn't prone to motion sickness Hopefully, Pippin is fine!

I cant do dedicated cardio during the week because I'm too active especially with an hour of posing practice every night. I'd have to eat like 4000 cals a day if I did and there is no way

My current split is: Monday: Entire Upper Body Tues: Entire legs and core Wed: rest Thurs: Back and biceps Fri: Entire Legs and core Sat: Chest, tris and bis (Shorty for me at just 1 hour) followed by cardio Sun: Cardio only

Fuck I love leg and core days. Im a short king God who can move mountains

Ugh. That sucks! Good luck! Thankfully, this shouldn't be a fight. The only thing that may make it a no is if it's contraindicated for long-term use with my comorbidities. Im on it now cos Cypionate is in a shortage and not available
comment in response to post
Yeah, when GAHT, Cypionate is usually tolerated better and preferred T but there are always exceptions

If you're curious about why, two main things. No more acne on Enanthate and I can feel fluctuations in temperature again. Like 10 C outside no longer feels the same as 26 C. And my atoms no longer constantly vibrate. So three things Interesting how a single carbon atom can change how ppl respond

People who study things: please study the effects of creatine supplementation and the effects on pain and inflammation in ppl with moderate to severe psoriasis, especially in patients who are so severe, it is now potentially fatal and wont go into remission despite strongest treatment
comment in response to post
Much to my disappointment, there hasn't been a single study about creatine supplementation and my autoimmune BS like exists for all the other conditions affected by ATP production Anyway, Im restarting creatine today to see if it helps with my pain. It'll be n=1 so... but it's safe and can't hurt
comment in response to post
There are multiple studies that show taking creatine when you have these conditions helps with pain because muscles favour using creating over ATP. Well, today I learned some new things about how ATP makes my autoimmune stuff worse and can lead to flares and the mechanisms involved
comment in response to post
What is ATP? It's a thing in our muscles that provides energy and oxygen to them. There are a bunch of conditions in which ATP productions is wonky, leading to pain such as fibro, ME/CFS, HSD. It's why interval training is a YES and endurance such as walking is a NO I have a thread I'll link at end
