There is a difference between lip service and actively implementing DEI policies. So sad to see some Irish companies sliding DEI references from their websites. White privilege is real, we all need to acknowledge it and work to create a level playing field for everyone to thrive.

A small % of the young of this country might like to educate themselves a little better than that. A large % are aware of the environment they live in.
