Live broadcast TV channels. You or I can broadcast live and it would not count. As long as you stay away from the live material on any of the broadcast TV catch-up apps then you are okay.

You can't watch live broadcasts on ITVx or 4OD, you need a licence to do so. On-demand material is free to watch when you want.

You must remember that live only pertains to Live broadcast TV and not someone that is going live on YouTube, just a normal YouTuber.

You would only have a TV licence for Amazon Prime if you watch the live broadcasts. If you don't watch that, you don't need a TV licence.
