We had pouring rain yesterday so the moss has gone from crispy to lush. I went to visit the wood that's teeming with one of my favourite species, Hookeria lucens and it looked gorgeous. The leaves are a single cell thick & transparent. You can see each cell. #moss #botany #macrophotography #nature
