I like boardgame stuff, news and rumors. I'm building my parachute as I'm crashing it.

Root is a pretty complex game and looks like a game outside the scope you mentioned. I think the best question to ask is how agressive/player interaction do you like in your games on a scale of 1-10?
1 don't look at my grass 10 being I want to see blood on the board.

That's awesome! (Or a curse) is there a designer or artist that you look up to /or for inspiration as to how they've left a lasting legacy? Or is this drive intrinsically driven?

In all seriousness, do you think you can look back at your current legacy and be content with it or are you still striving higher? If its the latter, when will you know you've "made it"?

Bit of at a loss here, but what are other reasons you would follow a publisher over a game designer, if not to learn about their products?

I use android, and love using firefox! You can watch all the youtube you want ad-free!

I'm not familiar with this type of books, the price on Amazon seems a bit prohibitive for 125 pages. Is that typical for these books? Is it like a scientific journal of sort? Not being critical, just curious.

I guess my follow up questions is: is telegram the best privacy-encoded messaging system for multi-channel groups?

Interesting, does this behave like telegram or discord to have different chat-channels?

You gonna leave us hanging with that tea about a table flipping moment without spilling the beans about what triggered the table flip and ensuing drama?

What are some other games with an evolving scoring condition? Lowlands comes to mind.

I've grown to really like Zac effron's down to earth. Each episode starts with a problem, followed by a possible solution. Not to mention theres some interesting food being presented. Definitely changed how I perceived Zac Effron.

Hey Man, im neither a designer nor a reviewer, but I'm passionate about boardgames. Cool if I hop on? Totally get it if you want to keep it professional.

I looked at their KS. It looks like such a neat and beautiful game! It reminds me a lot of five tribes!

Stationfall looks interesting, however BGG seems to have it rated that it scales poorly as you increase players past 5. Do you think thats accurate?

Its such a neat resource gathering and bidding game! I still have the first edition with the expansion and I'm debating culling it as Ive been getting more casual games.

We've been playing it with my in-laws. Its such a great game for midwesterners and non-gamers as well!

I mean, I've always seen MvM as just paid kickstarter previews/trailers. I never really saw them as reviewers. Is anyone really shocked?

The designer is such a standout guy! Everything i saw on bgg about how hard he tried to make it right to the backers made me feel guilty for backing the unbroken campaign. That being said, its a great solo game! Give it a try. I'm sure the designer would love to hear his game brought you joy!

Pretty sure theres a deepweb conspiracy out there about CMON single handedly supporting second party insert makers.

You can make the ripple/dropplet effects more pronounced and opaque and different shapes without altering too much of the overal shape of the card to make it easier for colorblind folks.

Looks fairly quick and rules light? Gives complexity but depth vibes of the king is dead. How far off are my assumptions?

Absolutely! buying a clearance boardgame at barnes and noble and then selling it for 2x-3X the MSRP on ebay. Of course this only works if:
1) its a good game
2) its out of print/between print runs
If you pay enough attention to sell groups and ebay you have a good idea of when items become "hot"

Not exactly the answer you're looking for, but Adrenaline from CGE has always given me turn based vsttle vibes.

Do you think this is based on poor game mechanics/design solely or how you/group interacts with the game and each other?
