The hatred of the MAGA cult is strong. They'll gladly sit in the fire just to watch others burn. They'll willingly enslave themselves if they can put those chains on others.
They will enjoy this ride and they're setting the stage to make it very difficult, if not impossible to turn back.

So if someone makes a statement like " there is a teapot orbiting Saturn," I'd feel like I had been lied to. If they say "I believe there is a teapot orbiting Saturn", I'd consider the information questionable but the statement is true as it is about their belief and not presented as a fact.

"I believe it is an established maxim in morals that he who makes an assertion without knowing whether it is true or false, is guilty of falsehood; and the accidental truth of the assertion, does not justify or excuse him."

I definitely liked some of Last Epoch's crafting and skill systems. Would've liked to be able to complete the story. I think they may have been overly ambitious with the time-travel storyline.
I played Diablo2 until the wheels fell off, then kept it going with the median-xl mod. Such good times.

I haven't touched a Blizzard game since they divided the StarCraft 2 campaigns into 3 separate games. I won't support a game developer when it's clear that profit takes priority over vision and expression.

I've been having my ass handed to me in poe2 and loving every second of it.
Blizzard wanted to dub the ARPG genre Diablo-likes. So naturally, I refer to Diablo as a mediocre Exile-like.

I recall playing a game called Loading Quest around 2008. It was similar to this loading quest but had a better interface.

How likely is it that we'd see a rhythm based spell casting system?

I am myself. I'm not trans. They're not trying to force anyone to accept it. They're fighting for their right to exist.
I don't care about sports or who is competing. These people are being denied healthcare and are the target of unjust laws. Why does their existence bother you so much?

Every anti-trans point I've heard is just someone trying to control someone else's life.
It won't stop there, once trans rights are sufficiently denied, it'll move to the rest of the LGB, then the non-christian, then the women, then the non-rich.
We have to stand by freedom for all or it's gone.

No seriously. Who is forcing anyone to be trans? Meanwhile, look at all the anti-trans and lgbt legislation people are trying to pass. You have a chance to be yourself, why are they unworthy of the same chance?

Nickelback hate was more of a trend than individually developed opinions. Its origin can be traced to a comedy central ad campaign that bashed the band for laughs, and easily influenced teens adopted the opinion as their own.
I'm not a fan but the hate isn't warranted.

Absolute wizardy! Visual magic. I'm completely entranced and can't look away.

Dragonfruit gummies coated in dark chocolate are my favorite. I won't wage this war, both sides can live in delicious harmony.

I've definitely the green points but still some of the red. Or maybe reverse... Kinda both? I have no clue actually. I'm red/green colorblind. :D

Nice! What's your pricing model? I currently pay my developer with rice and beans.

CirclMastr is probably an obscure reference. He streamed his journey to level 99 in FF7 before reaching the first boss.

Every freaking time I get in a groove and start making real progress.

😠tonight i rewrote the upgrade system because players could POTENTIALLY influence the outcomes unfairly.
I think of it as if I got a progress loan when I first wrote it. Now I'm paying it off by writing it correctly and the actual progress has been made now. What a fun little lie I tell myself.

Let's not forget the yearly subscription fee for a developer account. Without your developer account, you won't get an Xcode license key which needs to be provisioned in order to compile in Xcode. It's pricey, it's a pain, and it's for barely 1.5% of the user base on steam.

I used to ask ChatGPT for help when I had no idea how to implement something. I'd specify what I need in such great detail, but the process of explaining my issue normally solves the problem and the response I get reminds me why I don't use the code it provides.
I'll ask about math though. :D

I feel like Call of Duty since 2020 has been uninspired.
Diablo4 just kind of felt disengaged and underwhelming.
I really wanted Fallout76 to be good so I could get some post apocalyptic gaming on with my friends.
We've gotten far more enjoyment out of Project Zomboid, Path of Exile, Once Human.

Don't waste time being embarrassed. Definitely worthy of being proud of and moving forward. Don't get stuck in your head and keep being awesome. No, it's probably not where you want to be but it's where you are and you're actively cultivating your ability. You can't expect more than that.

Incredible! I love the way this looks and how you've streamlined that process. Considering you're using Blender and Godot, would I be out of line to call this brand of magic... Open-Sourcery?

I'm grateful to Unity for providing me with high quality creators producing Godot content.
I can't imagine having my projects held hostage by a multi-million dollar corporation. I feel for you and wish you the best.

I got a good chuckle out of it as well. It got me thinking about what we could really expect from AI generated games. Considering the source, I'm guessing an ARPG with all the charm of an Excel spreadsheet using wingdings and "Flight to Mars Simulator."
