Wanker or bell-end comes to mind when I read anything this completely incompetent socially maladjusted man-child comments on. He would put trains in tunnels and there would somehow be never before seen massive traffic delays on these railroads that hadn't existed since their 19th century conception.

Been following your stuff for years. I think body shaming is not cool, however, exceptions exist. Let's say a wealthy psychiatrist took a full page ad out in NYTimes "Male member size, sexual inadequacy, and the making of Elon Musk." Academically and pedantically help him deal with deepseated issue.
