The wiggle room is on the other side. If one is not “subject to the jurisdiction of the United States” then they can’t be guilty of breaking any laws, including immigration laws. He can either allow their kids to have birthright citizenship or give them the equivalent of diplomatic immunity.

Hey Jimi, have you ever seen this ugly guitar by Harvey Thomas? He was a friend of my father’s and when I saw this guitar hanging in his living room he told us it was made by request for the Beatles. He said he sent it to them but their manager sent it back. My brother heard a different story though
