Love what you post and every one of them will be a banger, regardless of how many folks react.

Seems like women who prize consensual relationships and their autonomy (including when and with whom to have children) would naturally be more attracted to less overtly misogynistic "betas".

Totally depends on the take I guess - sometimes that one take is pretty telling...
But the older I get, the more compassionate I am about people's dumb-ass, as most stupidity and cruelty are learned behaviors. But I ain't keepin' quiet when their BS heads my way.

Was never a fan of wealth porn. Shows like Downton Abbey and Bridgerton are also unappealing.

...of the Cenozoic, and will not be able to provide the same agricultural productivity required to maintain a population of 8 billion people. The future will either about working together to maximize our efforts & avert a disaster (for us), or increasingly violent conflicts over what remains.

For the record, this is also one of my all-time favorite DEVO songs - and I can never remember the name of it! Thanks for the memory refresh 🙂

The best. She was one of 13 children, so I had LOTS of relatives on that side. She was a firecracker - 4'10" and full of piss and vinegar, likely enhanced an by overactive thyroid. She swore like a sailor (in French & English), taught me card games, & made us blueberry cake if we picked the berries.

My late grandmother was one of those baking zen masters whose recipes were a pinch of this and a handful of that, and it was always perfect and amazing, or at least that's what I remember from 50 years ago.

Both sides-ing is amongst the laziest ways to attempt looking like a thoughtful person, and leads to some of the worst takes ever (see: current genocide). Sometimes the truth is extremely biased.

No-win decisions are usually downstream of very winnable battles that were refused because of expediency or lack of vision. Neoliberalism was always a dying horse the Dems were all too happy to ride into the ground, and the current moment is happening as much now by Dem inaction as GOP action.

Kinda hard to win if you don't fight. Waiting for your opponent to self-destruct is rarely a winning strategy, and relies on you actually having a plan of attack when the time comes to strike. Dems have been ceding ground to these psychos since I was in HS (I'm almost 60), and now here we are.
