My understanding is that Musk do not immigrate as a skilled immigrant worker. He was here illegally until his people started worrying about him getting deported. He’s a complete hypocrite, and should be deported.

And how does one define “biologic” male or female. Read the science. The variety of sexual chromosomes, hormones, and expression is pretty significant. Are we going to do chromosomes and hormonal testing on individuals to determine their “biologic” sex?
