Nice plan. But you forgot the Electoral College. With that in place, candidates only have to campaign in a few states. They need to campaign vigorously in every state. Popular vote makes everyone's vote carry the same weight. Get rid of the Electoral College.
In order for the future to work for everyone, we need universal basic income in that future. It needs to be seen as the key foundational policy it is and not left off of stuff like this.

Count me in, but what's the plan to MAKE this a thing? I think we need to figure out a strategy to actually get people elected and overcome the existing roadblocks working to prevent progressives from getting elected.

We need to start collecting people who are committed to doing things yesterday. Where are my fundraisers, managers, economists, legislative aides, lawyers, political scientists, UX/UI designers, statisticians, etc at?
Yes! A progressive society that seeks technological advancement must first ensure it’s citizens feel secure—providing access to shelter, food, healthcare, and educations fosters that sense of safety.
I like these proposals and I support them. My biggest thought though is that many of the ideas are easily enacted in/for high density areas whereas rural areas of the country will have a harder time of it and it's the rural folk that we also need to attract. My $0.02.

I love it. One very serious recommendation: the gun reforms need to be provided free of charge to all citizens, and paid for by a tax on gun manufacturers. Otherwise, it will become an economic class issue and another way to oppress and incarcerate marginalized groups.
