Thank you. We are blessed to have her in our lives. Your lab seems truly adorable

My mother's lab will steal anything even vaguely food related, with zero remorse. We have to hide everything when he's over. Strangely enough with our lab though, we can leave an unattended tray of (human) food at snout level and she won't even try to steal or even sniff it

My general recommendation is to read Jeffrey L. Forgeng's "Daily Life in Medieval Europe" and "Daily Life in Chaucer's England" for a grounding in 13th and 14th century, then Paul B. Newman's three books on the medieval world to give a broader perspective and to tackle how things are made etc.

This blog post lists LOTS of online resources, including tutorials, example alphabets and so on. The National Archives tutorial would be my top recommendation. manyheadedmonster.com/2018/03/01/f...

The death rattles are really nice minis, you should go for it!

Would love to see that. This is my current (mostly finished) collection of Soulblight Gravelords

I like the CSM minis but otherwise yes much of the current 40k range is not to my taste (with some exceptions). Soulblight Gravelords look great, even if they should still be Vampire Counts in my opinion
