and he’d likely want to control and take over both russia and ukraine to stop the war if he were a dictator.

he taxed russia massively in his last presidency- Russian officials were actually scared for his return- i’m not saying what his team propose with the demilitarised zone would work but that he doesn’t come from a place of dictatorship. That campaign would be very different if it was the case.

he also doesn’t talk good about dictators- he hates stalin, hates hitler, doesn’t like putin- he only said the invasion of ukraine was genius to 1) get a reaction and 2) because of how he viewed joe biden to be the cause of it- weak america. Many have repeated this stance before and since he did it.

i don’t think he’s an autocrat either… i don’t agree with him but he’s not going to make america a dictatorship- project 2025 was a democrat scare tactic that was never going to work.

he’s going to invest into a new labour force, and there’s plenty of people across the U.S that could do the jobs- it won’t be too disastrous.

ok here’s the thing: this is for international goods, especially in china because trump wants to promote US production of food as well as potentially UK, EU and other allies. He will still have trade deals but this is primarily for China to make them less of a power house.

These actions, though polarizing, do not necessarily equate to authoritarianism or undermine democracy.

I would argue that criticism of pollsters is not unusual in a competitive political environment, especially when polls are seen as inaccurate. Additionally, while Trump’s cabinet picks may be controversial, they reflect a desire to change the status quo rather than dismantle the system.

Ultimately that is why Trump won, by proposing a vision of a stronger, more secure America rather than through detailed policy proposals,

Americans value strength and security, and Trump has consistently focused on restoring American prosperity over fostering chaos or engaging in unnecessary wars. This is something that would unite Americans, as it speaks to their desire for stability

However, with his Agenda 47, Trump has committed to policies that prioritize economic growth, national security, and personal freedoms, which would likely keep him focused on stabilizing the nation rather than pursuing disruptive or authoritarian measures. His focus is on strengthening America.

Given the history that shapes America’s politics, why would they want to change if it works for them? Many see Biden as a backstep. If Trump were to make significant missteps or enact damaging policies, it could lead to riots or political unrest, with a collapse of the two-party system being likely.

america is also naturally politically on the right side of the spectrum, hence why joe biden got voted in and not kamala or bernie. The values they hold is more to the right than the left, this is the context you’re missing.

Trumps presidency had a significant impact on the economy, fostering growth across traditional sectors and the media industry. His economic policies delivered results, including tax reforms that incentivized business investment, historically low unemployment rates and good stock market performance.
