Last year friends were listening to French public radio station FIP Monde ("world" music), which I started liking quite a lot: www.radiofrance.fr/fip/radio-mo...

Based on a quick google search and a quick calculation (based on www.icpr.org.uk/news/2024/pr...), the number currently is likely to be more like 16%. Still (too) high, but very different from 25%. Maybe the sharepic is from the late 2000's when the prison population in the US was still much larger.

It was the same thing after Brexit. Making all immigrants uncomfortable with negative statements on immigration in general will make those leave first, on average, who have the means and option of moving - those you actually would want to keep.

Imagine if the tech industry had environmental standards on notifications, on design choices, on consumer data, on the ways in which they interact with us. It’s illegal for companies to dump toxic chemicals in our drinking water, why can’t the tech industry have standards too?

My advice would be to use a Quarto project, and then you can set up:
project:
output-dir: "Outputs"
which puts all outputs into a folder called Outputs (or whatever name you choose)
