As tho anyone in their right mind would trust one syllable trump utters.

Everywhere I turn, I feel as though I'm caught in a Kafka novel. Having said that, who didn't see this coming? I'll tell you who, MAMA cultists. When their loved ones start dying, maybe they'll rethink their commitment to the cult.

The challenge is getting through their echo-system. I had a friend who called me during the George Floyd protests asking if I'm okay and whether I own a gun. I said something along the lines of "What fuck are you talking about? Turn off Faux News and come back to reality." Pathetic.

He didn't lie here. Not that he's telling us anything that isn't intuitively obvious.

If they were really pro life, they wouldn't be in favor of reducing access to woman's healthcare and they wouldn't be interested in cutting Medicaid.

Disgusting

I can't imagine how large the hands that was on the wall everywhere she turned would need to have been for her to have predicted trump's behavior once he was elected. The only parallel I can give her would be to say the sun will be rising in the east tomorrow. How tragic.

It's so comforting knowing our President is spending his time alerting us to the most pressing matters of the day. This, this is what MAGA elected him for. Imagine what the right would do had Obama or Biden posted this garbage. Trump has created a new category for presidents: The Trash Presidency.

Yup. Although there's lots of competition for that sadly.

Her remarks are disgusting. Not surprising, but disgusting. If her constituents vote for her again, they'll deserve what they get. I wonder how many of them knew she had the capacity to be so savage before they voted for her in her last election.

Who's gonna tell him that's why presidents read their daily briefings, instead of imagining that they're clairvoyant and that when it comes to international relations, they can't just wing it. How could so many Americans think this guy is a stable genius when it's so obvious he's utterly vapid?

What the would have been immeasurably better off with would have been for the guy to have minded his own business. How hard is it for people to understand the immorality of interfering in someone else's life, much less taking it?

I just watched a clip of trump speaking to members of our military as though he was performing at one of his political rallies. Is there a law against such behavior?

Cafe Insider is one of my two favorite podcasts. The other is Jon Stewart's. I greatly appreciate the education I've been getting from you and Joyce. I'm glad to hear you are making your pod accessible to more ordinary folks like myself. I'm already eager for the next episode.

When I read she was appointed, I thought it was satire as I was reading it. Ugh.

I figured he'd have renamed it trumpland by now.

Great likeness of Donny boy, though.

Sadly, they decided to burn it down anyway.

We need to be more effective at demanding a better president.

They cheer.

Sorry. I meant boasting that it won't lift a finger. Every time I hear something out of this administration I feel the need to boil myself or spray myself down with insecticide -- no offense to insects.

You left out leaving a man who was not only denied due process, but whom the administration admitted to deporting in error and now boasts about it lifting a finger to help! My God. The barbarism oozes from this administration.

I wonder whether he talked about the monsters that cut funding for children's cancer research or the trump nonprofit that stole money from a cancer research organization.

Looks interchangeable to me.

Looking for fraud and waste, anybody? How about subsidies to other industries such as energy? Unbelievable that so many could be so easily hoodwinked for so long. No wonder trump wants to dismantle the Dept of Ed. When he said he loves the uneducated, he meant all of us collectively

How can a SCOTUS ruling directed at trump if he refuses to comply be enforced. Other persons who would probably be subject to the ruling as well. So, perhaps trump could not be compelled to modify his behavior or ruling, but his underlings could. Could trump pardon them?

I wonder how MAGA enthusiasts deal with this.

Is there an advocacy group substantial enough to sue the administration over this?
