I would add that “terrible terrible” is always followed by “diarrhea”.
A single “terrible” could be followed by anything: “I had terrible luck yesterday”.
The double terrible is reserved for diarrhea.
Say it out loud: “I had terrible terrible ____”. Always diarrhea.

We can do better. Great people and physicians have graduated from this school. We should make our stand on policies that reflect principles of fairness and kindness. Let’s not lose again because of the perception we are elitists.
