I propose holistic cognitive literacy, as part of broader functional literacy programmes in our schools and for adults.
This would equip students for complex reasoning, a basic skill required to function in the modern age, especially as electors.

Interesting to note that when Putin and his acolyte Trump refer to democracy, they are of course referring to pseudo-democracy, otherwise known as a 'managed' (aka manipulated) democracy.
