I propose holistic cognitive literacy, as part of broader functional literacy programmes in our schools and for adults. This would equip students for complex reasoning, a basic skill required to function in the modern age, especially as electors.

In 2024 the US Supreme Court dethroned the US Constitution, and in its place enthroned a monarch, and not a constitutional monarch at that, but a monarch that is all powerful, that has unbridled power. A seismic shift in US governance occurred, with the implementation of a hidden agenda.

So it would appear that those who are in favour of 'freedom of speech' at the level of the social media are very happy to block it at their sole discretion, at the Federal Government level, particularly at the level of the Executive branch. Do I detect a touch of hypocrisy here?

Are you prepared to play the Pied Piper's (aka patronalists') game? If you are, you will be enabling corruption and bribes. Let's stop it at the source - now!

Intertextuality is a cognitive tool for 'connecting the dots' (establishing the links). It is a literary theory method used to compare texts, and it can be used to compare political utterances and actions (texts) over time. 'Readings' can be done from various perspectives.

"In conclusion, holistic education can be regarded as an important foundation in the development of functional literacy." (www.europeanproceedings.com/article/10.1...)

Holistic cognition subsumes critical thinking: it is broad in scope – deep, extensive, multi-dimensional. It is the antidote for the short-sighted, shallow reasoning that was employed by those electors who chose the incumbent President of the US.

"Intertextuality is a hermeneutic means of discovering..." - and a key tool in the holistic cognition toolkit. Wikipedia, Michael Riffaterre: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael...

Let's replace 'critical thinking' with 'holistic cognition'. In this regard, Michael Riffaterre to the rescue – literary theory concepts used to analyse texts other than ‘literary’ texts, 'On Intertext in Chemotherapy: an Ethnography of Text in Medical Practice': pure.itu.dk/ws/files/825...

The consistencies between Trump's and his acolytes' texts over time reveal that 'birds of a feather (autocrats) tend to flock together'. Put another way, Trump is at minimum enabling Putin, but a more realistic reading would be that he is directly supporting him - because they share values

Intertextual readings (analyses) enable us to connect the utterances of politicians and to identify the inconsistencies. An intertextual reading of the statements by Trump regarding sanctions against Russia are with this methodology revealed as 'red herrings' (distractions) aimed at confusing.

A reading of the subtexts of 'Mags' and 'Megs' (see below) could be that 'Still' (even greater, or better) implies a progression in an ongoing evolutionary development process (and dynamic state). - Mags - Make America Greater Still - Megs - Make Europe Greater Still

Initialisms that would more accurately reflect reality - based on an intertextual analysis between the action texts* and the compared verbal texts (the initialisms) - might be the following: - Mags - Make America Greater Still - Megs - Make Europe Greater Still *'Summaries of my Readings'

A reading of the subtexts of Maga & Mega could be that 'Again' implies a regression to an earlier evolutionary state.

If actions can be considered as texts*, let's on the basis of an intertextual analysis decode the following as plausible reconstructions revealing alternative meanings: - Maga - Make Autocrats/Authoritarians Great Again - Mega - Make Emperors Great Again. *'Summaries of my Readings', 12/11/2011
