I don't think I can overstate how much I'm loving this game. My only regret is not having a time machine to send it to my kid self, because I *feel* like that child again while playing it. It's just pure, unfiltered, joy, and everything about it makes me smile and forget about the rest of my day.

And I'm now trying The Great Ace Attorney for the first time. Going into it blind. Beat the first case, and I love it already. AA4, 5, and 6 all felt like a continuation, but mechanically, this one instead feels like an evolution. Ryunosoke is such a polite goober. He's so likable already.

I recently went back to Ace Attorney 3 (I had left it unfinished on Switch in 2020), and the story still holds up compared to when I first played it on DS, 14 years ago. I knew what was going to happen, but it was still exciting and tear-inducing. Love this series.

I haven't played Crash Team Rumble in a long time, but this is such an unfortunate way to end it. I'm sure TfB feels the same way. It was a fun and original concept that was limited only by circumstance. A new sub-genre that will sadly die before it can be imitated (maybe indies will, someday?)
