Honestly, loved it, would love to explore it further but the pace went from manageable to just very intense, very quickly..hence the feeling switching to more like a chore rather than enjoying the learning. Who knows, maybe I'll carry on but just not keep the streak?

I blocked and reported his number, but can't seem to get a response/human to talk to. Frustrating! Thanks for your reply πŸ‘πŸΎ

This sounds great. Am I too late to join? Happy to start the following month if so. Thank you for organising!

I remember when we spoke in Spain about me trying this and you showed me some photos. After seeing this, the answer is still no. 🀣 You are a brave man, my friend.

Sounds good (the book club, that is). Maybe put together a couple of options and see what friends/family think? I miss those days. 😭🫠

Awesome! Chaotic?! Why? Congratulations on the book club! I'd like to try something like that next year, really need to read far more than I am now though.

How do you find the discoverabilty of this NotebookLM generated podcast vs SWC? Is there much of a difference?

Solid 8. It also inadvertantly prompted me to be more aware of my separation between work/personal life as it highlighted a few apps that I could use in my downtime, but haven't used recently. Pretty good. Wonder how well it scales?

Table of contents: 1. My life story 2. How I discovered I needed food in order to live. 3. Jump straight to recipe. 😁

Great for deep focus. On the flip side, if you're time poor and need to focus in a quick burst, the original Metal Gear Solid alert theme is fantastic.

Get a gait analysis done and tell them you're planning to do a Hyrox. They'll tell you the best shoe that will complement your running style. I use three pairs for example, different ones for weightlifting, running, and competing. Puma Nitro is the official Hyrox shoe, w/carbon blades too.

πŸ‘‹πŸΎ punch yourself in the legs REALLY hard and then try to run about 10km. Easy peasy! 🫠

I was silly enough to do my first one in the pro division, and then another 3, totalling 4 in 4 weeks. I think I'm still broken.

Agreed. I'm also noticing a lot of engagement bait or half finished posts on there that the algorithm seems to like. I've spent far too long than I care to admit attempting to curate the feed there with little reward. I do think hashtags work better over there than here though, so far..

I'm in, on the condition I can persuade at least 50% of this thread to join me in Hyrox hell.
