I don't know if I'm a particularly good friend (how many days did it take for me to reply to this?) but I work hard and try to be an alright guy!

The video above is only one binder. The second half is in another binder, but I can't just give it ALL away yet!

I dilute black ink with a lot of water until it’s a lighter gray, it’s better I learned, to go really light at first rather than too dark at first. Make sure you use water proof ink for your actual drawing though or else it blends in with itself. I use a scrap of paper to test the ink wash levels

(I drew this ten years ago, and I'm still proud of it, plus it's gay so it's double appropriate)

Currently, it's only on Crunchyroll or DVD (never got a BD release). "French historical mystery" wasn't *quite* what anime fans were looking for in 2006/7!

Yeah this is *decidedly* not that! I think it's best enjoyed if you approach it as a mystery show through and through: where the goal of the viewer is to figure out how every little piece fits together. Also: incredible amounts of historical detail to dig your teeth into!

I can safely say I've never really seen anything quite like it (and I doubt Production IG is going to try anything like it again).
I really loved it, but it's a tough recommendation as it requires your complete attention to fully follow and understand (and even then...). Interesting stuff!!

The drawing above is of the titular Chevalier D'Eon, a rather famous French spy who lived from 1728-1810. The finished inked and colored piece is in possession of my younger brother; as he's also a rather fabulous blonde cross-dresser living in interesting times.

Of course! And, FWIW, your work had a major effect on how I draw my own comics and characters, so thanks kindly, and I hope your health improves~

I was an "Autumnlands" evangelist for years. I only ever got two other people to read it, but hot damn did we all love it!!

The first one is my mom's Yorkie!
The second one is Cody, who lives in my brain.

It's been fun learning how to more fully implement my own experiences into my comics and illustrations.

I find myself sarcastically asking "Are we in the Golden Era yet???" pretty often.
